Manufacturing

The mass production process in our toy factory mainly includes the following steps:

1. Production Preparation:

Develop a production plan to ensure the coordination of raw material preparation and production schedules.

 

2. Injection Molding:

Use injection molding machines to heat and melt plastic pellets, then inject them into molds to form the basic shape of toys.

 

3. Cooling and Demolding:

After cooling, the toys are removed from the molds, preparing them for further processing.

 

4. Post-Processing:

Includes deburring, assembly, spraying, and printing to enhance the appearance and functionality of the toys.

 

5. Quality Inspection:

Conduct multiple quality checks throughout the production process to ensure each toy meets safety and quality standards.

6. Packaging and Shipping:

Package the finished products and ship them to the designated locations on time.
